The Montavilla Collective

Montavilla Collective is a gathering of sheltered and unsheltered neighbors nourished by community, creativity, and mutual support. We are always exploring opportunities to collectively make and sell art, pick up trash, swap stories, and see what else we can do together.

With the closure of Saints Peter & Paul, the Montavilla Community Wellness Fair will become a venue for the collective to practice advocacy and support and keep sheltered and unsheltered neighbors connected. Our weekly potluck dinner will continue as well. Stay tuned for updates on the new location of each of these weekly events.

The collective is also facilitating the Montavilla East Tabor Business Association’s (METBA) annual WinterFest donation drive as a way of supporting our most vulnerable neighbors. Look for our posters in donation boxes around Montavilla.

Supporting Montavilla Collective

As a separate organization-in-formation, Montavilla Collective is brand new. If you wish to support us financially, you can donate through our partner and fiscal sponsor, PDX Saints Love. Be sure to name “Montavilla Collective” in the notes. You can also donate via Venmo @montavillacollective.
